Some Terms and Condition for Super Stockiest below:
1) Company will supply its products to the party from their premises on F.O.R but on To-Pay basis which will be reimbursed on claims this is due to reach the product in time and in good conditions.
2) Company is liable for any manufacturing defect & Expired products. It shall provide 100% replacement of goods (product by product) for any product of our company with manufacturing defect or after the expiry date under credit note.
3) Super Stockiest will send his payments in IndusInd Bank favor of company A/c Brave Marketing India LLP, Payable at Faridabad, Haryana details of account mention below.

4) Investment of Super Stockiest as under:
4a) Minimum investment should in Five Lakhs Only and for States around the Hill minimum investments will be Eight Lakhs Only in 100% advance RTGS/NEFT to company CA account. (Scheme Extra Discount applicable) (PDC Cheque, BG, & LC not allowed) SS Commission 7% including local transportation.
4b) Minimum investment should in Seven Lakhs Only and for States around the Hill minimum investments will be Nine Lakhs Only in 70% advance RTGS/NEFT to company CA account. (Facility 70% Advance and 30% Credit of 10days against PDC) (PDC Cheque, BG, & LC not allowed) SS Commission 6% including local transportation.
5) No other expenditure will be allowed to anyone without prior approval of the company through mail.
6) Super Stockiest will not dispatch any goods to any party out of his assigned area.
7) Stock will be F.O.R. destination to SS warehouse with all type of damage, breakage, replaceable (material to material adjustment but not in cash adjustment)
8) No replacement if the any of products get damaged by type (animal bite or rat bite or any insect bite or human bite of damage due to damp go-down of SS or Db or Retailers Racks or damage due to fire or earth quake or due to Act of God)
9) Any claim will be given only in kind of credit note every after three months.
10) The trade margin structure of the company to the Super Stockiest is as under:
a) Trade Commission for super stockiest: 7% (Commission) (including local transportation and other expenses) on all products except Instant Noodles and in Instant Noodles trade Commission for super stockiest: 05% (Commission) (including local transportation and other expenses) transaction in 100% advance only.
11) In the event of downward price revision difference will be given. However, in case of forward price revision no debit note will be raised through mail to SS and sales team.
12) Damage / replacement if any noticed in the retail, wholesale trade should be informed to the Company Person. After verification, necessary action shall be taken.
13) No other manipulated terms and conditions are applicable without the concern of Director's of the company.
